Week 9: Bourke Street

Each week, I take photos on one street. For week 9, I went to Bourke Street in Melbourne, Australia. It was raining, and I always thought that rain matches really well with black and white photos. So I gave it a try! It's a shoot out between colour and B&W, which one do you think would win?
